Will there be an after party?
Yes! After the race join us at Margarita's for the Ash Bash! DJ, outdoor games, raffles, full menu, and a signature drink - The Sweet Ashley margarita - it's a must!!!
Are runners and walkers timed?
Participants will wear a bib number with an electronically-readable chip affixed. As runners/walkers cross the Finish line they run over a mat with a sensor that recognizes and records each runner’s “chip time”. Bib numbers must be attached to the FRONT of your shirt and right side up to be read accurately. Please do not bend or fold your number.
Will I receive a shirt?
Registrants that register by August 2 will receive a t-shirt. While we will do our best, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the shirt size you requested when registering.
Can I get additional tee shirts?
Yes, you can order additional t-shirts for an added charge during registration until August 2.
Team Info:
A team must have a designated captain who will be responsible for pickup and distribution of all team bibs and shirts.

Parking Info:
Public parking lots are available in the Front Parking Lot of The Loop, including Home Depot.
When does online registration close?
You can register online until August 17, to receive a tshirt, you must be registered by August 2.
How can I register after online registrations have closed?
There will be in person registration on the day of the race. Please arrive by 7:30 AM to do this.

Will there be bib pre-pickup days?
Yes! Margarita's at the Loop in Methuen, MA

Special raffle for those who pickup that night!
Can I pick up someone else's bib?
Yes, we do allow you to pick up a friend or relatives number.
Can I walk/run with a baby jogger?
Yes, this is a family event. We will ask that you are staged behind the racers for safety reasons.
Can I run/walk with a dog?
No, dogs are unable to be in attendance for the race due to special permissions granted for the race.
Can I run with headphones or earbuds?
For safety reasons, we discourage the use of headphones on the course. This is a great time to enjoy the outdoors and make new friends along the way.
Can I get a refund if I register but don't run?
No, registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable
